  1. Combine Sonar and Wearables for complete monitoring (sleep + breath rate + heart rate).

Hi. I bought a Mi Band 2 and I tried to enable its heart monitor, but I cannot seem to be able to use it together with Sonar. It would be great if the app offered a way to combine different sources for the measurements (sonar for breath rate, mi band for heart rate, and choose between sonar and mi band for sleep cycles, or even use both to improve accuracy). This would make Sleep as Android the most complete and cheapest sleep tracking system ever ;)

    • Ask Google Home - Assistant "Ok Google, how was my sleep last night?"

I think it will be a great idea if we could ask "ok google, how was my sleep last night?", and google responds with the time and some other information! Is that possoble? Happy to read responses!

        • Are you sleep?

Please provide option for app to start asking us if we are asleep after a certain time. Like if we tend to sleep at 9pm ask us if we are sleep. If we dont respond/snooze then turn sleep tracking on. I forget to to turn the track on frequently. This will help tremendously. Thanks.

            • Fall asleep detection

I miss a feature where the app detects when you fall asleep. For myself it takes a long time to fall asleep (between 1-2 h) and I'd really like the app to tell me how long I slept and not only how long I was tracking my sleep.

Hello, there is an experimental awake detection (30% experiment in the latest release) which is a sort of fall asleep detection if you use your wearable, you can get that if you opt-in for BETA..

And of course you can fully edit your graphs ex post – by selection a portion of the graph and hit delete..

              • Lucid dream

Make a better lucid dream, because ehen I listen the sound "may more dream" I wake up because it so loud and scary, and do something to impact to the brains by the special signalsf ( for ex. the special sounds) to fall in the lucid dream. I am not a biologist but I think its possible because there is a lot of sounds to meditation and it nearly the same as lucid dream. So also I read about scientists discover that using a little bit electricity to sleep body in correct sleep phase may cause the lucid dream.

                • Allow BT reconnect and long pauses

If I go to washroom and Bluetooth drops, give me a button to reconnect my wearable so I don't have to stop and restart Sleep, making my night look like two sleeps.
Let me take long breaks to stretch and uncramp old-guy body, without need to officially pause. I want my nightly roaming to show as disturbed sleep.

                  • Export sleep data to Google Sheets

Exporting data from the mobile app to a cloud feature viewable cross-platform / on Desktop.

Would like to demonstrate and show sleep data with, ie, doctors, but lack a method to export the sleep chart and information in an easy way. A simple import to google sheets for sleep start/light/deep/rem/end on a 24 clock separated by months would be nice and would also provide print options for paper carry-in.

                    • Better Google Calendar Integration!

Please make it possible to not only use the main calender for scheduling alarms. I have my scedule as a ical file that is stored on a website that updates the file (Timeedit). And when i add the calendar to my google calendar then it is added as a secondary calendar and thus Sleep as Android won't make it into an alarm. I find this highly frustrating, i just bought the app because I love all the other things about the app. But this makes me thinking of switching app because i have a irregular scedule that is a pain…

                      • Snooze instead of deactivating alarm on Miband 2 button

One of my main use cases is that I can have an alarm and my gf can still sleep without being woken up. For this, the vibrating alarm on the Mi Band 2 is perfekt.

Unfortunately, when I touch the (very sensitive) button on the Mi Band
2, the alarm is deactivated. By using the phone, I can snooze the alarm.
For my usecase it would be a big help if the behaviour of the button on the Mi Band was configurable. I would suggest the following options:

                        - No Action
                        - Snooze for x minutes
                        - Deactivate alarm

                        Thank…

                        • Lower minimum volume level.

This suggestion has been rejected many times for reasons that I can't possibly understand.

                          Anyway:
-the lowest I can set the volume to is MUCH higher that what I can set it to on the "play music" app. It is far too loud for me, I wish I could set it to like a fifth of what I can right now,
-the problem persists with a gentle alarm set at 24 minutes. The sound is actually muted for like a minute, then it increases instantly to the minimum level you can set on the app (far higher that what you…

Hello, can you please use menu – report a bug? normally we use the smallest increments we can in audio volume. Did you try to send a longer Gentle volume increase period (Settings – alarm defaults)?

                          • Save the temperature

It is well known that temperature influences sleep, so it would be good if the app has an option to saves this so you can notice how it influences and what you can change to improve your sleep

                            • Bixby integration

Integration with Bixby for new Samsung devices would be very useful. Of nothing else, basic integration for Bixby commands to start, pause, stop tracking as well as alarm setup and interaction (snooze, etc.). But the availability of such features as Bixby Briefing upon alarm as the stock alarm has would be a welcome option.

I use this minimally to monitor snoring, but my main focus is for sleep talk recording. I love listening to the random weird things I say at night as a very active sleep talker. I would love to be able to automatically separate snoring recordings into their own folder or section based on your algorithmic process for it so it would allow me to more easily find my sleep talking.
Currently, as far as I know, my options are to weed though the recordings and see if things have talking in them. I realize I can see the tags for…

UPDATE: Hello, taking and snoring is now recognized in BETA and a 2% A/B test in production. So you can get it with opt-in for the BETA version..

Hello Brittany, we are preparing a big update here so please stay tuned.

                                • Turn WiFi back on if you turned it off.

If the app finds WiFi in enabled status and turns it off when tracking starts, then it also should turn WiFi back on after tracking ends. This is especially true since Turn off wireless signal during sleep is set to Automatic by default. I wasted several gigabytes of cellular data before I finally figured out why my WiFi kept turning itself off when I wasn't looking.

                                  • Use both sonar and accelerometer for sleep detection

There is currently only the option to use one or the other. I'd love to be able to enable both at the same time to make readings even more accurate!

                                    • Integrate with GadgetBridge

Right now you guys are using some proprietary and paid app to integrate Mi Bands and can't even support 1S because you can't access the heart rate.

The open source project gadget bridge: https://github.com/Freeyourgadget/Gadgetbridge supports constant rate monitoring with the 1S and many devices already and is completely free. I do not use the Mi Fit app and so cannot use the wearable tracking whatsoever.

Since the app is open source you can submit a P/R to them and have support in the next version quite easily.

Hello Luke, I doubt Gadget Bridge would allow to get direct access to the accelerometer sesor which Zdenek Horak’s Tools & Mi Band can do..this is what we need to implement our own sleep tracking algorithms and smart wake up on the mi band..

                                      • Plz Look into Fitbit's New API Intergration as both Apps Data can change Sleep forever! HR Movement, Detection & Sonar!

I have Android Wear smart watches but do not sleep with them on. Only my Fitbit HR 2, Alta Hr or Jawbone Up3 I wear at night to my track sleep and heart rate. I know as Part of theFitbit Testing program they should be or already have released a New Api App Intergration so most Apps can start to use their sleep, movement, Auto Sleep Dection & of course heart rate data! As my other wearables are too heavy and bulky to wear at night and must be charged at night anyways. I would love if you can also…

                                        • Create a program that trains us to wakeup earlier gradualy

A good app makes our lives better. been using the app since day 1 and i would like to suggest modules that would train us to wake up earlier. it doesnt happen overnight, it could be a week or month that is automaticaly waking me up 5 mins earlier everyday. just like a sleep coach
